This policy explains how Retail Stock Manager handles information when you use our website or Android app.

Information we handle

Account information, such as your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
Business records you choose to enter, including business contact details, products, stock, customers, suppliers, purchases, sales, expenses, payments, invoices, notes and uploaded images or receipts.
Subscription information from Google Play, including product, plan, purchase-token and entitlement status. We do not receive your full card or bank details.
Basic technical and security information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.

To create and secure your account, provide stock and sales features, produce business records and support your subscription.
To prevent fraud, diagnose problems, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use your business records for third-party advertising.

Information is stored with cloud service providers used to run Retail Stock Manager. Google Play processes Android purchases under Google's own privacy terms.
We share information only with service providers that operate the app, when you direct us to, or when required by law. Access is limited to what is needed for those purposes.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and business-level separation to protect records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify eligible data, except records we must retain for legal, security or dispute-resolution reasons.

You can review or correct profile and business information inside the app.
You can request account deletion from Your profile in the app or follow the public account-deletion instructions. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.

Retail Stock Manager is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
