Eligible first-time business owners start with 14 days of Premium, with no payment needed. When the trial ends, Free features remain available unless you subscribe.
Existing records remain accessible to the authorized owner after a downgrade. These limits apply to new activity and current feature use. Roles still control access to costs, profit and business records.

Free covers everyday stock, basic sales, initial payments, expenses and role-controlled reports. Plus adds purchase and supplier management, later payments, refunds, invoice corrections and invoices without the RSM watermark. Premium adds staff accounts and permissions.
The trial gives eligible first-time business owners 14 days of Premium when they create their business. No payment is needed to start. Use it to decide whether Free, Plus or Premium fits your shop.
No. Your existing business records remain accessible to the authorized owner, including records created while on Plus or Premium. New activity follows Free features and limits. Paid actions are locked; records are not deleted.
Your products remain visible. Free does not delete or automatically archive them. Adding or restoring another active product is blocked while you are at or above 50; you can continue using the Free tools with existing records.
Free and Plus are owner-only plans. Staff access pauses outside Premium, while the authorized owner keeps access to existing records. Staff roles never grant access to another business or to information outside their permissions.
Web yearly plans are paid upfront at the price of 10 monthly payments. Manage cancellation in your business settings through the provider that bills you. Cancelling stops renewal; already-paid access continues through the current paid period. Google Play shows the app price and renewal terms before payment.
Existing subscriptions keep their current price and paid-through date. Any transition to the new prices will be confirmed separately. Check your billing provider for your current renewal terms.
An internet connection is currently required to access business records and record transactions. Offline viewing and offline sales are not available yet.
